  • Anxiety: persistent worry, fear, apprehension and dread
  • Panic Attacks:  intense fear or discomfort physically and psychologically that happens abruptly and reaches a peak within minutes, sometimes can occur while asleep
  • Phobias: long lasting, intense, fear and avoidance of an object or situation that in reality poses very little danger.
  • Substance Use Disorder: The excessive use of alcohol or a drug that can result in significant problems in one or more areas of life e.g., emotionally, behaviorally, relationally, spiritually, financially, legally or physically
  • Eating Disorders: serious problems related to inflexible eating behaviors that negatively impact physical and emotional health and inability to function in important areas of life. The most common eating disorders are anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge-eating disorder.
  • Overweight:  having a  body weight that’s greater than what is considered healthy and normal for the person’s height and build and poses risks to physical health
  • Nicotine Dependence: uncontrollable drive to continue using despite negative consequences from use.
  • Chronic Stress: a long-term or ongoing state of emotional and/or physical tension where an individual experiences the demands placed upon them are greater than their ability to meet those demands.
  • Anger Management Difficulties: problems expressing anger in constructive ways resulting often resulting in interpersonal problems in relationships with peers, co-workers and significant others
